We deliver what is agreed and know every technique in the book to get you the pictures that will help you promote your business. On the Luxembourgish real estate market we are the seasoned pros.

We offer a variety of packages and individual solutions within; photography, aerial photography and video. For the time being we do not offer 3d tours or floorplans.

Cancelations & Rescheduling

The number of pictures can be increased or decreased on site. Just tell the photographer.

1) Go to www.immophoto.lu and click on “book now”
2) Choose package and the number of images
3) Choose photographer (note that the price can vary with 10-15€ depending on photographer, the total cost will be clearly displayed before booking.)
4) Fill in the online form and click “complete appointment”
5) You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the data of the shoot and the photographers contact details.

Rescheduling can easily be done via the initial e-mail confirmation you received for the booking.

A shoot cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a 40€ cancelation fee and must be done by a phone call to the photographer.

Image delivery

Invoicing

In general the images will be available for download within 24 hours (or the next working day in case of weekend or national holidays) via a link to an on-line gallery sharing platform. The images will be stored on the platform for future downloads if needed.
