Each package price is per unit

I am aware that each package price is for one unit (one apartment, one house etc.) For larger jobs i. e. several units in the same building or very large estates, I should contact Immophoto directly in connection to the booking to receive a quote.

Cleanliness

We all want the object to by tidy and stylish. The agency / owner / tenant ensures that the object is cleaned and prepared to look its best before the photographer arrives. The photographer will not clean and the object will be shot “as is”. Examples on what could be prepared;

• Bedroom: Make up the beds and put away clothes and other personal belongings

• Bathroom: Remove i. e’ towels, shampoo, soap, make ups, laundry baskets etc.

• Kitchen: Store away cutlery, porcelain, dustbins, food processors, food etc.

• Hallways & rooms Clear from shoes and clothes

• Children’s room Let a kids room be a kids room, put please clear the floor as much as possible from...

Right on time…

Time is precious. But sometime things don’t work out the way they should. Let’s agree on a window of +/- 15 minutes for all of us. Anyone can get stuck in traffic, or in a meeting…

Time is money

Depending on how many images that are ordered each shoot is assigned a certain amount of time. This amount of time is always mentioned when you do the online booking and in your confirmation e-mail. Normally the assigned time is more than sufficient to produce the requested amount of images. 

On top of this our Photographers often, on a voluntary basis, put in more time then this in order to give you the best possible photos.

However, If the shoot, due to untidiness, lack of preparation on the side of the agent, lack of preparation of the object, the size of the property or any other reason outside the photographers control extends outside this timeframe, an additional sum of 25€ per 15 minutes will be added to the invoice. 

Drone Pictures

The real estate agency understand that when booking the Drone picture service, ImmoPhoto is by default granted permission by the owner of the property to take of and to land the Drone at the land belonging to the property. The real estate agency is also responsible to make sure that the object is not in a non-flying zone.

Cancellation

If you cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance, we will have to charge a late cancellation fee of €40.

Delivery of pictures

The services “Standard” and “Extra Care” are in general delivered on the following business day.

Please allow a minimum of two business days for “Magazine Look” and “Video”

Key Pick-up service

Please note that €10 will be added to the invoice when we have to pick up the key to the object.

The location of the object

Adequate information must be provided to the photographer regarding the location of the object to avoid unnecessary delays. This especially concerns objects in recently developed residential areas where addresses might not be available in various map services.

Inadequate information resulting in delays for the photographer to find the object, will be considered as a late cancellation and a cancellation fee of €40 will be applied.

Relevant information such as name on letter boxes or apartment numbers should be provided.

Invoices

Invoices are sent by e-mail and payment is due within 14 days from receipt of the invoice. After 30 days a reminder will be sent by Immophoto. A second reminder will be sent out 15 days following the first reminder.

A late-payment interest rate (European Central Bank's key interest rate at every given moment increased by 8 percentage points) will be calculated from the first due date. A minimum amount of €50, will be applied.

In case of payment failure the client will accept all costs, legal and other, in connection with recovering funds owed to us by the client.
