A package can be increased or decreased on site. Just tell the photographer.
Booking
1) Booking is done online.
2) Go to www.immophoto.lu and click on book now
3) Choose photographer (note that the price can vary with 10-15€ depending on photographer, the total cost will be clearly displayed by the website before booking.)
4) Choose package and number of images
5) Fill in the online form
6) Send
7) You will get a confirmation e-mail with all the data of the shoot and the photographers contact details in case of a any last minute communication needs. The photographer will get the same info.
Services
We are currently offering photography, arial photography and film.
We do not offer 3d tours or floorplans.
Cancelations
A shoot can be cancelled freely or rescheduled an unlimited number of times until 24 hours before the shoot.
Rescheduling can easily be done via the initial e-mail confirmation you received for the booking.
A shoot cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the shoot is subject to a 40€ cancelation fee.
A cancelation of a shoot within 24 hours of the shoot must be done by phone.
Delivery
Images will be delivered via an online gallery within 24 hours or, in case of weekend or national holiday, the next working day.
The images will be stored on the platform for future downloads if needed.
Payment
Invoicing is done via e-mail and the invoice is due within 14 days from receipt.
